What's On in Cranleigh


Our classes are held Monday 7.15pm at Snoxhall Pavillion and are FUN fitness classes on mini-trampolines.

Simple choreography designed to get you moving and the heart rate pumping, so fabulous for cardio fitness whilst also toning the rest of the body, with big focus on arms and abs! Core and cardio strength will be greatly improved taking this class! Also balance and pelvic floor strength!

Pre-booking is essential. We are still distancing and also ensure we have a nice flow of air.
